Mail order aquatic sports products – Europe’s leading source of water sports equipment
For over 260 years, A.W. Niemeyer has been one of Europe’s largest suppliers of aquatic sports equipment. AWN’s product range encompasses over 14,000 articles for all varieties of water sports, supplemented by services such as the preparation of tackle and self-adhesive boat labels, as well as AWN’s extended product warranty of up to 25 years. In 1991/92, Peter Flammang and Michael Ortmüller recognized where the future development of mail order was heading and built a modern logistics center at Holstenkamp 58 in Hamburg. Their online shop installed by MOS-TANGRAM plays a major role in the fact that well over 1,000 packages leave the Hamburg warehouse every day for destinations all over the world.

Mail order animal supplies
Animania is a small French mail order house based in the Lyons region with 5-7 employees that specializes in dog and cat supplies as well as organic pet food. With about 80-100 packages a day, Animania is one of the smallest users of MOS-TANGRAM software. www.animania.fr

B&W Naturpflege is one of the leading German vendors of natural care products selected according to the highest quality criteria: herbals and botanicals, organically grown whenever possible, no petrochemicals, no synthetic/bio-incompatible preservatives, dyes or perfumes. In the course of 12 years, over 120 of B&W’s products have received the top rating of ‘Very good’ in ÖKO-TEST magazine. At company headquarters, 10 employees work with the MOS-TANGRAM mail order program. During peak periods and outside of office hours, an external call center takes over, which is connected online with the ERP from MOS-TANGRAM.
